Francis has a strong financial services background, having spent close to a decade at two of Australia’s Big 4 banks. His experience across a broad range of roles gives him valuable insight into bank policies and processes, which he uses to deliver a ‘no surprises’ experience for his clients.   

Joining Mortgage broking in 2018, Francis was attracted to mortgage broking as a way to provide a more personalised service and expanded product offering to his clients. He enjoys working with a variety of lenders to identify and recommend appropriate lending solutions, then running through the pros and cons of each approach with borrowers. Francis’s open and transparent style allows him to build rapport and genuine relationships with his clients. He’s fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
